01Blawa is a technology platform that connects customers with independent local shops.
02The contract of sale is between the customer and the shop. The shop is responsible for product quality, pricing, delivery and returns.
03Item payments go to the shop (cash, UPI or shop-approved credit). The convenience fee and any delivery fee shown at checkout are charged by Blawa and paid to the delivery rider.
04Orders for prohibited items will be cancelled and may lead to account suspension.
