Answers to what people ask us most.
A Blawa rider who covers a small group of shops near you, so they know the area and the shopkeepers.
Cash or UPI when the order reaches you. Shops you trust can also give you khata (pay later).
A ₹10 convenience fee on every order. A small delivery fee is added on orders under ₹199 and at busy times (6 to 9 pm). All fees go to your rider.
Your rider shows the shop's UPI QR on their phone. Scan it, pay, and show the rider the success screen. The money goes straight to the shop.
Every UPI order shows up under Confirm UPI payments. Tap Payment received when the money is in. If it hasn't come 15 minutes after delivery, raise a dispute: the rider is paused until Blawa sorts it out.
Credit from the shopkeeper, the same as the paper khata at your local shop. You request it, the shop approves a limit, and you settle with the shop.
Not in one cart yet. Place a separate order for each shop.
Call the shop from the order page first. If that doesn't solve it, raise an issue and Blawa will mediate.
No commission on your sales. You share the cost of your area's rider with the other shops they deliver for: customer fees pay most of the ₹20,000 salary, and the rest is split by how many orders each shop sent that month.
Every shop owner sends their Aadhaar and PAN (plus business documents like GSTIN or FSSAI if they have them) and a photo of the shopfront with the owner standing in front. Our team checks each one by hand.
Khata is credit the shop chooses to give, so the risk is the shop's. Blawa keeps a clear record and sends reminders, but doesn't collect or guarantee payment.
Blawa does not allow restricted items at launch. Draft list, needs legal review.
